STL3 Events Vendor Information

StL3, Inc. is a long-standing, alternative lifestyle education group located in St Louis, Mo. We produce two events each year; ‘Beat Me in St Louis’ in the spring and ‘Spanksgiving’ the weekend before Thanksgiving. Our events average 475 registered attendees, plus another 50 ‘Saturday day passes’ to the classes and vendors.

In an effort to maximize variety, we look at the unique class offerings for each event, and select our vendors accordingly. We limit our vendor offerings to a maximum of 13 vendor spots per event. Vendor Hall hours will closely follow classroom hours. This is a juried event. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance.  Once your application is received, you will receive a confirmation email.  This email acts as your assurance you have been placed on our approved vendor list, and are now eligible for invitation to future events offered by STL3, including but not restricted to Beat Me In St Louis and Spanksgiving.  No further action on your part is necessary. As we begin planning each upcoming event, if your business is chosen to participate, our Vendor Coordinator will reach out via email to extend an invitation.

Single space booths are readily available.  Double booths are limited. The shape and dimensions of your booth will vary according to your projected booth set-up style.  This allows us to accommodate you while optimally utilizing the space available.

Vending fees are $60 per booth space, and include:

  • Early load in on Thursday night if desired
  • One table, two chairs. Additional tables of varied sizes are contingent upon availability.  Other display needs will be the responsibility of the vendor
  • Free electric (Please bring your own extension cords to branch out from our hub.)
  • Free wi-fi
  • Limited pre-event storage at the hotel if you ship your wares a couple of days ahead of time
  • Free parking
  • Full access to the event and play areas, including the late night appetizer buffets on both Friday and Saturday nights

Vending fees do NOT include:

  • Attendee Registration Fee
  • Hospitality Room Access Pass – This is a meal package that allows you access to our staff hospitality room, which includes Friday dinner, three meals Saturday, two meals Sunday, soft beverages, and snacks in between
  • Hotel room fees, however registration as a vendor assures you a spot in the host hotel.
    • As a result of this lodging assurance, your adherence to our required deadlines is crucial.  Failure to meet these deadlines negates your invitation to vend the event for which you have been invited. These due dates are necessary for the process of organizing the event as well as room assignments as a whole.
