INFORMATION
Registration for Spanksgiving is open !
Our current event registration form is available here for
download and use. We provide it to you in an Adobe PDF document which you can fill in electronically and
print for greater clarity. To use the PDF document you will need the Adobe
Reader loaded on your computer. If you do not have this on your computer
already, it is available for free at Adobe, Inc.'s website. We can not
provide you a direct link for various reasons, but if you do a simple search on
Yahoo or Google, you will find their site quite easily.
In order to download this file, and others from our site, you
should turn off any pop-up blockers and say "Yes" to any security warnings if
your computer prompts you.

Status, and Release
I hereby affirm that I am 21 years of age or older and that I agree to hold
harmless and indemnify STL3,
Inc, formerly St. Louis Leather & Lace, Beat Me in St. Louis, Spanksgiving,
St. Louis Bash, the event
hotel, the hotel's restaurant, and any and all of their employees, officers,
directors, agents and, or assigns
from any and all liability, direct, indirect, subrogated or not, vicarious,
or otherwise, which may accrue as a
result of any accident, injury, cause of action, or damage to my person or
property, or any other damage
of any kind as a consequence of my attendance at this event.
I understand that "professional scene" people may not attend this event as a
paid escort of an attendee,
nor under any agreement to provide any BDSM services or activities for
compensation, nor shall they
distribute any promotional or advertising materials, nor solicit concerning
any such services. I understand
that prostitution, solicitation, or negotiation for any sexual or BDSM
activities for any consideration, or any
agreement to exchange sexual activities or BDSM play for cash or for
anything of value is strictly
prohibited and will be grounds for removal from all activities without
refund or other consideration.
I understand that my registration is NOT transferable to any other person
under any circumstances.
I affirm that I am registering under my legal name; I understand that I will
be required to provide photo ID
and that my registration may be canceled without refund or other
consideration if I have not registered
under my legal name or if I have attempted to purchase someone else's
registration. I understand that the
event organizers reserve the right to refuse or to refund any registration
or membership application for
this event, and if that occurs my payment will be refunded in full.
I hereby certify that I am not an employee of any law enforcement agency, or
that if I am, I am attending
this event solely for my personal enjoyment and not as part of any
investigation nor in any other official
capacity.
I certify that I am not a member of the media, or that if I am, I am
attending this event solely for my
personal enjoyment and not as part of any investigation or gathering of
information and that I will not use
any such information in any manner without the express written permission of
STL3, Inc, formerly St.
Louis Leather & Lace.
I agree that everything that I observe here will be kept in strict
confidence and I recognize this as a
contractual obligation and that I will do nothing to jeopardize the privacy
and identities of any other
attendees, Members, or of the event hotel without the express written
permission of STL3, Inc, formerly
St. Louis Leather & Lace.
I agree that if I create any descriptions or accounts of any activities at
this event in any way, I do hereby
transfer any copyrights of any such materials to STL3, Inc, formerly St.
Louis Leather & Lace at this time
by my signature below.
I certify that I am attending this event for my personal enjoyment and that
I understand that in so doing I
will be exposed to BDSM, D&S, S&M activities that some people might find
offensive, but I hereby certify
that I do not find such activities offensive and that I consent to being
exposed to such activities at this
event.
I have completed the registration form completely and have read and agree to
this RELEASE and to the
Refund Policies explained on the Event Website and to the following
Membership Status information
which I acknowledge I was offered prior to my Pre-Registration:
Because of my very strong desire for privacy and confidentiality, and in
consideration of the mutual
promises and commitments of STL3, Inc, formerly St. Louis Leather & Lace or
its lawful successor entity
( hereafter referred to as "the Organization") and of all its other
Non-Voting and Voting Members, the
adequacy and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, to protect my and
other Non-Voting Members
and Voting Members desires for privacy and confidentiality, and upon and in
consideration of my
acceptance as either a Voting or Non-Voting Member, I agree to each of the
following:
That if I am or become a Non-Voting Member, that my status as a Non-Voting
Member will exist from the
time of the acceptance of my registration as a Non-Voting Member until
either June 30th, or December
31st, whichever occurs first, next occurring after my acceptance as a
Non-Voting Member.
That if I am not presently a Voting Member of the Organization, the sum of $
10.00 of my Event
Registration Fee shall be deemed to be my Non-Voting Member dues for the
above-described time
period.
That if I become a Non-Voting Member, I agree to and do waive any rights I
may otherwise have to either
request any disclosure or inspection of, or to bring any action
administratively, or at law, in equity, or
otherwise, against the Organization for disclosure of, any information
relating to the identity of any or all of
its members, either Voting or Non-Voting Members, or relating to any
financial records or official
documents of the Organization, not withstanding any rights I might otherwise
have under common law,
under statutes including, but not limited to, Chapter 355 RSMo, or in any
other manner.
That if I am a Voting Member, I agree to and do waive any rights I may
otherwise have to either request
any disclosure or inspection of, or to bring any action administratively, or
at law, in equity, or otherwise,
against the Organization for disclosure of, any information relating to the
identity of any or all of its Voting
or Non-Voting Members, not withstanding any rights I might otherwise have
under common law, under
statutes including, but not limited to, Chapter 355 RSMo, or in any other
manner.
That if I do initiate, or participate in, any action, administratively, or
at law, or in equity, or otherwise
against the Organization for any information described in this document, or
relating to possible disclosure
of any information described in this document, I agree to pay, reimburse,
and hold harmless the
Organization for any expenses, including any legal fees, it may incur in
relation to such action regardless
of the outcome of such action.
I further agree to abide by all Event Rules and Dungeon Rules which I have
received upon my arrival at
this event.
REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL PAYMENT AND ALL PAGES OF YOUR SIGNED
REGISTRATION FORM IS RECEIVED, SIGNED BY EACH PERSON REGISTERING.
